Ai piedi del monte Partenio, l'osteria I SANTI è situata nel borgo medievale di Capocastello.
Attraversando la porta dei Santi, antico accesso alla città fortificata, si percorre a piedi un suggestivo tragitto di viuzze e gradoni in pietra per imboccare poi Via S.Francesco dove si trova, oltyre al locale, l'omonima chiesa.
Gli ambienti dell'osteria sono ricavati in antiche grotte e tutto è in armonia con il contesto esterno: pareti rocciose a vista, travi in legno, mosaici.
